Can you still get the children's pack on the Eurostar?

Olivia didn't get given one when we went in March. Do you have to go somewhere special to pick them up in St. Pancras?

At Ashford International they were giving them away at the Disney Express desk, even if you didn't have Disney Express booked, like us.

These look good, I was wondering if the lo's got anything on the direct Eurostar. I'd be interested to hear if anyone going from St Pancras got one and if you did was it given to you or did you have to collect it from somewhere?
