Can you stay just one night with an AP rate?

I can't reserve an AP rate room for September for just one night!! If I put in two nights it will let me do the reservation online, but gives me an "error" message if I only put it for one night. Are AP rates only good for two nights or more? Can I call and do a one night AP reservation? I'm a new passholder...so I have no idea what the "rules" are. Thanks!!

We just stayed one night at the Grand Californian on an AP rate. I just checked the website under Annual Passholders, logged in, looked at the hotel availability calendar, and called at booked the rate shown. I didn't try to book it online....

wow, we have been AP's for years and never ran into that problem. but then again we usually stay a minimum of two nights!

maybe the time you are trying to go covers a blackout date on your ap?

or perhaps that time frame has a minimum for the rate you are booking.

If I run into that problem, I just call the number for the AP reservations and get a CM involved!

Yeah, they won't let you book just one night online but you can if you call. Not that I've ever had the chance to stay onsite but I've looked into before.

Several years ago, they wouldn't even let you stay just one night. I remember about 8 or 10 years ago I tried to book one night at the DLH for DH and I (we live close so just wanted a one night get away) and they told me the minumum was 2 nights. That was more than we wanted to spend so we didn't go.

I booked for one night at PPH last night. They didn't have the ent. rate any longer for DLH on July 17th so I'm staying DLH on the 16th and PPH on the 17th.
