I tried to save them up so I wouldn't have to post so many new threads!
1) How often does a new edition of the Passporter come out? Should I just buy the current one now for our Oct. 2006 cruise?
2) Is the family pool very crowded (compared to like the kids/adult pool)? I'm wondering how big the pools are. Can anyone compare it to the size of pools at WDW resorts?
3) If the ship can't dock at Castaway Cay does it go somewhere else or do you just have another sea day?
4) Are there disposable cups by the drink stations or do you need to bring your own?
5) We have a cat 12 GTY cabin booked. Will we know our cabin assignment before we leave home or not till we board the ship?
6) Do you have to schedule the character breakfast or does everyone automatically have it scheduled for them?
7) How do they monitor ages at the adult only activities/pool, etc? I'm asking because my DS will be 18 (turning 19) when we cruise. I wouldn't want other cruisers looking at him (or us) negatively thinking he was too young to be there. He looks pretty young (to me anyway!) Of course that's a year away.
8) So on the 7 night Western there's a semi-formal, formal and pirate night? Can anyone tell me what nights these are scheduled? I'm also confused about the different appropriate dress between semi-formal and formal. We won't be wearing tuxes & formal dresses on formal night so how would this differ for us?
Thanks so much for any help!
