can you stand another CRT discussion???

I was able to get a reservation for 2 (my youngest daughter and I) for lunch at CRT, and I was planning to have the rest of the family eat at the Crystal Palace. We also have a reservation for all of us at the Storybook Breakfast in Epcot on another morning.

But...I was feeling pretty sad that my older girls wouldn't be eating in the castle with us. So, I just made a dinner reservation at CRT for all of us on another night. I realize that Cinderella won't be there, but I think that just eating in the castle will be special!

Now I am thinking that I should cancel the CRT lunch. We'll be meeting Princesses at the other breakfast, which should be plenty, and we're all eating in the castle together now. AND I should to cancel something, as I have too many TS reservations for the free dining plan, unless I want to pay for it out of pocket....

I just can't decide!!

I think what you said makes sense; You will all be seeing the princesses at the Storybook Breakfast anyway, and then you can all dine together at the castle for dinner

We love going to the castle for dinner, they make it very special, even without the princesses. They announce you was the "Royal Jones Family" and the servers refer to the kids as "prince" or "princess" and the adults as "My lady" and "My lord", etc. It's fun, they really stay in character. And the last two times we were there, we saw princesses in the lobby; first time was Pocahontas, second time was Cinderella. There is never a guarantee that a princess will be down in the lobby on the throne for dinner, but most times there is. They will pose for pictures with you

I think I will hold on to the CRT lunch reservation for now, just in case we decide to go a little crazy and use it! I will decide for sure after we get to WDW.

i think thats a good idea.........btw, did you make your lunch ressie long ag0? just wondering, because my travel dates are 9/29-10/2 and couldn't get ressies for crt on my mk night.....but i kept calling and finally got dinner ressies(also, my anniversary night) for crt!!! so i am just thrilled and even more excited! i originally had wanted the lunch but when i got my dinner ressie i checked out the dinner menu on www.allearsnet.com and fell in love with the menu! also, from here on the boards, people have been reporting they have gotten the glass slipper dessert which isn't available at lunch. plus, eating in the castle in the evening just seems more magical! we will do 1900 park fare dinner on our first night to see the princesses! i am actually more excited to see suzy and perle, the two mice from cinderella and prince charming.............
