Can you share your Itinirary that your planning?

Arrival Day - My kids 4&6 were too tired on our first day to do any parks. We arrived in Orlando at 2:15PM after their first airplane ride of 2 Hours and went to dinner at 5:25PM. Your kids might have more energy. I had "Planned" to go to EMH at AK that night but there was just NO way they could do that. Just something to think about... be flexible.

Tuesday at MK - You might want to consider timing your meals at the Plaza and CP so you either go early or go late. My family went at park opening 8AM did Tommorrow Land & Most of Fantasyland with hardly any line time before going to the CP for our 10:25PM breakfast ADR. We headed out of the MK around 12:30PM and then came back to Chef Mickey at 7:10PM for dinner & MK Parades and Fireworks. This worked well for my family cause we either stretched the kids for a late lunch and done or planned a late dinner so we didn't have to rush our "break" time at the resort.

Wednesday - I would plan a "no Plan/Pool" day on your third full day as my kids really needed a relaxed day at this point. It was their first trip and WDW is just soooo full of stuff you get tired quick.

Thursday - We missed MGM this trip so maybe it is a full day but I would lean towards doing MGM in the morning and then hop back to MK that night... my kids could not get enough of MK and wanted to go every day.

Friday - Animal Kingdom and Bomas sounds like the perfect day to me.

Sunday - We did dinner at the Coral Reef and the kids loved it. We all needed a cool place to sit/relax after a really exhausting day at Epcot... the place is huge! We booked an early dinner at 4:45PM (I think first dinner seating) and we were seated on the glass!!!

Just some thoughts, I am not in anyway a WDW expert like a lot of these DIS'ers but I learned from our most recent trip to love the flexibility of the Park Hoppers, Go to Park Opening, and always take a afternoon break of some sort. Have a great trip!

Day 6: DD (10) Grand ADventures in Cooking at GF, and whatever else we feel like doing, Dinner at CMC

Day 7:Move to OKW..haven't really planned much for this day Dinner: Grand Floridian Cafe

Day 8: Animal Kingdom.. Dinner at Boma afterwards DD and I will head to MK and stay (if we're not too pooped) for Evening EMH

Day 9: Laundry..swim, read, relax, whatever...Dinner at Wolfgang Pucks...maybe a water park or DQ

Day 10: Breakfast at Ohanas Dinner at Wolfgang Pucks..again looking to plan something neat for our last day.

We don't do the parks everyday..it's too tiring and my youngest needs to rest or she's a tyrant! Normally we go for 6 days, but instead of a cruise we decided to go for longer this year. Just want some R & R. Alot of times we are running around so much we never get to stop and just breathe and really unwind so we plan on doing that this year!!

Mickey mouse magic show is part of the new magical beginnings in Aug. & Sept. They have various shows for the preschool aged children. Some of the shows are with the Wiggles, Doodlebops and the magic show. I know there a couple other shows too. If you look up magical beginnings on disneys website you will find the info. These will be great for my 4yo and 17mth old. My 9 & 8yo may not be too interested, but they have the pirate cruise.

Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade is IMHO the best of the parades; I think the kids will really enjoy it--mine did! Remember that a huge crowd tends to exit AK immediately after the parade. I think a 6 pm ADR at Boma is perfect. Let the bulk of the crowd go by while you shop or spend restful time enjoying the surrounds for about 30 min or so. Then, by the time you get to Boma you should be just at about the 15 min recommended check-in time for your ADR. Hakuna Matata!! Happy Planning!!

at AK.

After lots of reading, i'm thinking of changing some things - will try to do parks each day - but also leaving times for pool almost daily --

SUN - Arrival at hotel CBR by early afternoon -- swim unpack and try to head to DTD for dnr at Wolfgang pucks.

Mon - Epcot Garden Grill lunch - back to hotel by late afternoon --pool cs for dnr at hotel CBR.

Tues - MK opening lunch at CP - leave park probably late afternoon - swim eat cs at hotel unless can't leave park and eat dnr at park then hotel to sleep

Wed - MGM arrive late morning - late lunch at Sci-fi stay for Fantasmic

THUR - MK for early morning hours - everyone seems to say you can get soo much done and we'll probably leave either b4 or after lunch - back to hotel swim/nap relax....................dinner cs at hotel

Fri - AK - just made a bkfast reservaton for Donalds Bkfast 10:30am and dnr at Boma 6pm -- possibly hit MK for fireworks on the way back to hotel if kids are up to it since we'll be sleeping in!

Sat - pool by day - dnr chef mickey - then MK fireworks/rides

Sun - pool by day - Coral Reef 6pm WS - possible hop over to MK for evening magic hours - since i'm leaving next day - don't care if we get wiped out

Monday -- pool till 1pm then off to airport.

I realize again we are not planning afternoon breaks, but i'm not planning on staying in the parks all day either -- i think the kids will be getting enough rest and good night sleeps...................

lisa -- till i switch plans again -- my husband thinks i'm crazy - and i'm beginnng to think i'm going nuts over this planning.......
