Can you share new PIN codes on Facebook?

Did anyone try this and does it allow you to share your PIN code with friends?

If so, this could be a great way to spread the love to those of us who didn't get this PIN email.

Unless things have drastically changed, I would think that sounds too good to be true.

Disney has always said pin codes are not transferrable, however, you can book up to three rooms on one pin code.

seriously, doesn't that skewer the whole 'supposed' randomness of receiving a pin in the 1st place? which is the excuse i'm given when i call & ask why i never get a pin code

See some of the other threads on PIN timing, but the general consensus seems to be that if Disney already has your reservation or money, they don't send you a PIN.

But someone reported cancelling a trip, then getting a PIN for those dates a few days later.

The 35%/25% off PIN I received yesterday does not have a Share on Facebook link. However, I'm guessing if it did it would be more along the lines of announcing that you like Disney or that you received a discount like sharing the good news not sharing the actual PIN/discount.

This year alone I've received 5 pins (the newest 25/35% coming just yesterday) all while having a Sep/Oct trip prebooked since Dec 2010. Most of the pin discounts fall within my trip dates, with the exception of a few for June-Aug.

I've had this happen to me so many times through the years it's led me to believe that they're completely random.

I got the Pin email you're referencing and it doesn't mention anywhere "share on facebook."

It does, however, state that it is "nontransferable."

I don't see the share on facebook either. I never check my old email - the one I used to book our last trip. I just jumped on there and saw that I had this email and a couple of other pins emailed to me over the last year and a half.

I wish I could share I have a friend who is a CM who is getting us a discount on our next trip and I won't use these.
