Yes you can.

You will fill out one of those slips that you would get in an shop. You will need to still be checked in at your resort the day following CRT because it will not be delivered to your resort until the next day.

If you are doing CRT on your last day, you can have the photo taken up to the front of the park. However, you will need to be in the park later in the day because it will take them until late afternoon to get it up to the front of the park.
