You might catch a glimpse of it from a distance as it approaches Magic Kingdom but not the show itself. The show itself stops right behind the garden view rooms towards the back of the property.
Repeating others above but from a CR TPV room, I'd say "not really." You can kind of see it when it makes its stop in front of the MK and you can usually hear a bit of the music as it echoes around the 7 Seas Lagoon, but it's not a particularly good view or way to experience the show. If you're up high enough you can kind of see it as it makes its stops at GF and Poly as well, but those are relatively far away and you can't really see anything.
FWIW, this photo below was taken from the 12th floor in the middle of the northwest side of CR. The EWP stops for the MK basically in a straight line facing the boat dock/security/ticket plaza area. You would be able to tell something is going on from this location, but it wouldn't be prime viewing IMHO.

On the other hand, the viewing on the Bay Lake side is awesome. And it's LOUD!!! They really crank the volume on those barges.
