Can you see fireworks from 1900 Park Fare?

We have a 7:10 PS for dinner and it looks like they might extend the MK hours for the week we are there. I really wanted DD to see tinerbell's flight before we left MK for dinner.

I know she'll miss the "flight" but maybe we could see the fireworks?

You won't be able to see the fireworks from inside 1900 Park Fare, but it you go outside to the grounds of the GF you can find a good spot there at the marina or near Gasparilla's.
