Can you see any fireworks from POFQ?

Can you see them from POFQ so we don't have to go to them?

We saw the fireworks from the front resort where you park your car to check in. I forgot what the CM told me if that's the Epcot fireworks or the DD fireworks. I thought it was neat, but we only saw the high ones.

Not usually. If you want to see fireworks from your resort, POFQ is not the resort to stay at

Maybe you could take your daughter to the beach at one of the MK resorts and see if she would like them from that distance. Is it the noise she is afraid of?

We stayed in building 3 facing the parking lot. You can see the higher fireworks from Illuminations from there. There are not a lot, but it is pretty. For some serious fireworks, I agree with a MK resort, probably the beach at the Poly.

I am staying at POFQ, just was wondering if we could see it from there.

We might just skip them alltogether and wait until he is a little older. He is 4 and the noise really bothers him. I will be getting some kind of earplugs and hopefully that will help with some of the other fun stuff.

I had the same situation with my youngest. She saw her first fireworks show at Disney (Wishes) . She was 6. At 4 she was terrified. We had ear phones, the shooting type, that we were going to use for her. She never needed them at 6. At 4 she would never have gone near the venue. POFQ has no real view of the fireworks. It is Epcot that you can barely see over the trees in the parking liot toward the front of the resort.

Hmmm I wonder which one of them we saw. Our room was in the upper floor of building 7 facing the parking lot. When we heard them go off we walked out onto the balcony in front of our room and saw quite a few straight out in front of us really high in the air. We were ther for the MVMCP and it was late so I assumed they were from that as I think it would have been too late for Illuminations but now I'm not so sure.

BTW - The firework viewing was the only good thing about that room location so make sure you request a location before your trip!
