Leaving in a few days, and I plan on getting the re-fillable mug, but love a cup of coffee in my room before starting off. Can you request a coffee pot?

NO!
The values dont offer this service at all.

I cant even take a shower until I have a cip of coffee. I always bring a small 4 cup Mr coffee pot with me. I also bring the Maxwell house premeasured 4 cup coffee in the filters.

I just purchase the milk in the store at the resort.

Besides as mentioned quite often on these boards....WDW coffee is Nescafe...and it is disgusting!

Have a great trip! :earsboy:

I do have one of the small 4 cup Mr Coffee's a home as well, my son had used it while in college. I never thought about bringing my own. I have some the of the maxwell house packets left from our trip in December, I may have to pack the pot up and take it in my carry on.

GREAT! Just be careful with the coffee, if the package was open and you didn't refridgerate it. Chances are it went stale!
Ground coffee that hasnt been kept in a cool dry place or vacum sealed gets stale real quick! :earseek:

It might not be a good idea to take a coffee maker in carry on luggage. The way airports are with their security measures it might be a better idea to put it in a checked bag. My sister had a pair of little nail clippers taken away before and the last time she and her family flew they had to empty the entire contents of their camera bag out and take off all of their shoes, including the babies, who was only a year old, and ended up missing the plane because it took so long to get through security. Better safe than sorry, just pack something soft, like a dish towel, inside the carafe, than wrap it well in plastic.
