Can you rent for one night at WH?

Can a house in Windsor Hills be rented for just one night? If so, what would be the average cost? I realize owners charge different rates but I just want to know of it's doable so a guestimate would be great. We're going down a day early before we check into the WL. I'm planning a family visit in the not-too-distant future and this would be the perfect opportunity to check out WH. It seems kinda silly to me to rent for just one night. Not sure if it's even possible. If there are any WH owners out there who would like to PM me, please do so. Editing to add....We're arriving on Oct. 19th....thought that would be an important little tidbit.

It may be possible to do but you would have to pay the nightly rate plus a cleaning charge. For example a 6 bedroom house would cost you about $150 - 200. per night and a cleaning charge of $100 - 125 on top of that. Some have a minimum number of nights, it's all up to the owners. A townhouse may be around $100 per night and $65. or so cleaning fee.

Thanks for that info! As it's turned out, I found a really good deal this evening at the Country Inn & Suites Maingate for $69 (AAA discount). I just couldn't pass it up so had to reserve a room. I would have been interested in the condo had I not booked CI&S..even WITH the cleaning charge! Thanks again!
