counter service spots in each park? I am making a 3 day/park hopping visit and am looking to try some new (to me) good CS places.

Forgive me if I cannot remember all the name to the places, I am having a brain fart!

MK - the taco place by Pirates of the Caribbean, the place in Tomorrowland that sells the burgers, soup and salad and chicken

Epcot - Tangerine Cafe has great food and the soup and caesar salad at the land

MGM - dont like any CS here

AK - love the BBQ place....Flame Tree I think

DTD - love Earl of Sandwich

MK = Columbia Harbour House and Pecos Bill

Epcot = Tangierine. From Deb's site:

Shawarma Platters - served with hummus, tabbouleh and Tangierine CousCous salad with fresh Moroccan bread.
Chicken & Lamb $10.95
Lamb $9.95
Chicken $9.95

We had this platter and loved it!

MGM.....The only cs place we ate at was ABC Commissary, and we didn't like it.

AK = We did RFC, so I don't know firsthand which cs is good there.

At AK we love Tusker House in africa!!!

And Seasons (living with Land) at Epcot, the black forrest ham sandwich was huge!!!!!

Epcot..tangerine cafe . Somerset and french bakery ( snack)

MGM...someplace out of park :) might try the Mediterranean place next time although i hear they changed the menu again( hello everyone does not live on a steady diet of burgers)

MK Casey's want to try noodle land terrace next trip

ak tusker house hope to try flame tree if it is open next time we go

Epcot- 1. Catina de San Angel, 2. Tangerine Cafe

MGM-CS here is lacking(go for a sit down lunch), but try The Backlot Express

MK - Pecos Bills

Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree BBQ!!!!!

Have fun!

AK-Tusker House
MGM-no real favorites
MK-Cosmic Ray
EPCOT-Norway and France
We also like Beaches and Cream

MK: Casey's
EPCOT: Sunshine Season ( really need to try Tangerine, though!)
MGM: Pizza Planet
AK: Flame Tree BBQ

AK: Tusker House, yummy
MK: Pecos Bills has the fixin's bar, and love the Pinocchios House
MgM: don't like any cs there
EP: ????? The only place we've eaten at is Electric Umbrella which is crowded, noisy and messy.

We all love the hot dogs and fries at Casey's Corner on Main Street in MK. They show oldtime disney cartoons in the backroom. :thumbsup2

There is no good counter service at MGM :( what's up with that! The pizza/salad combo at Pizza Planet is okay.

At EPCOT there used to be a little counter in the back of Germany with yummy ham sandwiches on pretzel bread. I don't know if they still have them. :confused3

MK --- Cosmic Rays. Something for everyone from chicken to salads to a vegetarian wrap. Only problem is separate lines depending on what you are ordering. Nice outdoor seating.

Epcot --- We usually do a sit down here. We did have CS at Yakitori House a few times. Although nothing outstanding, the outdoor seating near the koi ponds was quite nice. Healthier food here, so that's a plus.

AK --- Tusker House. Good salmon and vegetarian options. Probably my favorite CS at WDW. Better atmosphere(nice outdoor terraces) at Flame Tree BBQ, however.

MGM --- Have to agree with everyone else, not much here. I have gone to Rosie's All American Cafe for their vegetarian burger. I've noticed a new CS called Herbies Drive-In (on allearsnet.com), and see that they have steamed buns. My daughter loves these, so I'm sure we'll try it the next time we're there.

With the lack of good CS at MGM (whatever you do, avoid ABC, it's terrible) don't discount those turkey legs!

MK: Peco's Bill's for the fixin' bar and Columbia Harbor House

Epcot: Like the old place in the land. Don't care for the updated of the food court. Normally eat table service.

AK: Flame Tree BBQ and Tusker House. Can't go wrong with either.

MGM: ?????? Eat at table service.

At MGM i like the open air Cs near RnRC and TOT. You can get Turkey legs there and Foot Long Hot dogs.

Here's mine... :goodvibes

MK - Peco's Bill - real good chicken wrap and cheeseburgers

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons!!! Great variety and wonderful desserts like strawberry shortcake and creme brulee!!!

AK - Tusker House is, IMO, the best counter service at DW. The salmon is soooooo good, not your typical cs!!! Chocolate cake is also good!!!

MGM - I know most don't like the choices here, but we've always found the burgers at Backlot Express pretty darn good. We tried the grilled turkey and roasted red pepper sandwich last trip and it was also good.

DTD - My very favorite is Wolfgang Puck Express. Again, not your typical cs, lots of fresh and flavorful food!!!

Epcot- Cantina de San Angel
MGM-We usually do sit downs and snacks here-CS is lacking!
MK-Pecos Bills-I am addicted to the cheese fries! :thumbsup2
Animal Kingdom-Flame Tree BBQ

MK: Cosmic Ray's
EPCOT: Cantina de San Angel
AK: Pizzafari
MGM: aren't thrilled with any, but will do Cataline Eddie's in a pinch
DTD: Earl of Sandwich followed by Ghirardelli

MK- Columbia Harbor House or El Pirate y el Perico
Epcot- Tangierine Cafe, Yakitori House, Boulangerie Patisserie, or Kringla Bakerei
AK- Flame Tree BBQ
MK- the food choices here are poor. We usually eat at Sci-Fi, which isn't much better.

MK - Columbia Harbor House
Epcot - Fountainview Cafe (For Breakfast or Pastries) Yakitori House (Lunch/Dinner)
MGM - :confused3 Always eat at TS, sorry.
AK - Tusker House, except for BBQ, Flame Tree

This past trip we stopped at Chakranadi Chicken Shop for a quick bite. It has chicken stir fry and Asian specialties.

Food was very good.

It's across from the Kali River Rapids. A cool spot on a hot day and FF thats edible.
