Can you recommend a guide for me?

Hi all,

We bought a small resale last summer and I'm already looking to add on ;) Since I don't have a DVC guide, can you recommend anyone?
 
Larissa Pendergrast. She was awesome. Not at all pushy. She has always called when we visit just to say hi and make sure we are happy with our purchase. Good luck!!!:goodvibes
 
Just call member services...I'm sure you've got a guide assigned to you already even though you bought resale.
 

I had issues with my first guide, and asked for another one.

When you purchase resale, you are assigned a Guide (assuming you have not previously toured DVC nor contacted them for information).

The Guide will assist you with any future Disney direct purchases.

Love her. I agree completely. She is so down to earth. We toured in 2001, decided not to buy. She did not pressure us at all. We then decided to buy in 2005 and added on at AKV this year. She is a pleasure to work with.
 
Thanks everyone. I was hoping we'd end up with someone mentioned here but I just called and found out our guide is Judy Kaufman - anyone know her? I haven't talked to her yet so we'll see how it goes!

So if you have done a tour do you get the one that walked you through. We did one in 2003 with Glenn Wilson.

Yes, he will be your assigned Guide to handle any future DVC purchases thru them.

Judy Kaufman has received kudos from her clients here on the boards too.

Actually most of the Guides are very good, but if you had serious problems with one, you could contact DVC management to discuss a change.
