Can you purchase an AP at the resorts?

We'll be going in Nov. to BWV. Can we purchase AP (FL Seasonal)tickets at the resort when we check in? Or do we have to purchase them at guest services at the park?

We're taking a short dcl cruise before a weekend trip to wdw. We're renting points so we don't need the AP for that. We are planning a big trip next fall but there's a slim possibility we'll like the cruise so much that we'll want to book another cruise instead and wouldn't need the AP, after all. That's why I want to wait until we get there to decide which ticket to buy. Is this possible?
