It would nice if this policy was actually enforced. We don't own at BCV, but my family has stayed there multiple time when the resort was the host hotel for conferences I regularly attend that are often held there.
Each and every we have been at SAB (and we're talking a range of seasons here, high, low and inbetween) I and hubby have noticed the SAB staff is to say the least sloppy about checking the I.D. of those entering the pool area. We always see many people in the water without the supposedly mandated wristbands and have never once seen a CM or lifeguard blink an eye at that.
In other words, while DVC members who are not staying at BCV are told to keep out of SAB, the gates are pretty much open to anyone else who wants to wander in.
