Can you pick up Photopass+ during EMH at DCA?

Our first day will be DCA and we have EMH since we are staying at GCH. Can I dash over to the photo shop and pick up my lanyard or do I have to wait till normal opening? I am predicting at 10AM general park opening (9AM EMH open).

Yes, you can. DH usually runs to get it and is still able to catch up to us at TSMM
