Can you pick up express passes for both parks at one place?

I have to pick up express passes for DD & I for both parks for Monday August 25. I understand that Guest Services for IOA is just inside the park, to the right. Can I pick up both sets of express passes there, or do I have to go to Universal to pick those up as well?

Good question. I don't think so. The best you can get is the machine in the guest services. It allows you to get express for anything in that park. Obviously only one ticket per that time block, just like any normal machine. I don't think they would make it for both parks because they do sell tickets for one park so then if someone was being a wise a** and clicked on spiderman even though he was in Universal Studios, that ticket now goes to waste. Do you see what I am saying?

I have prepurchased the express pass booklets for both parks that allow you express access to each attraction one time that day.

Anyone know if I can pick both of these up at IOA?
