Can you pass out Treat Bags at MNSSHP too

Hi I am wondering if you can make up your own treat bags to pass out say to kids in a Dis Meet or at the Parade ?? Will Disney allow this ? Thanks Michelle

I have seen people give out all kinds of things at a DIS meet without any problems.

I don't know that parents would be real thrilled about treat bags from a perfect stranger however, (sad isn't it)

It's a very nice idea. However, I don't think I'd let my dd accept food from a stranger. Just the world we live in today.......

That is True I hadn't thought of that . there will be lollypops, smarties and plastic halloween toys. well I won't be offfended if someone doesn't accept . Thanks Michelle
