Can you park hop on a 2 day 2 park pass?

I purchased 2 day 2 park passes from AAA and got a 3rd day free. Nowhere on the ticket does it mention whether or not you can visit both parks in the same day. does anyone know? thanks!

2-Day 2-Park Ticket

Benefits include:

Admission to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios®
Unlimited Park to Park Access - visit both of the parks within the same day
Admission to select CityWalk live entertainment venues
Unused days have no expiration date (but are not transferable)

Just make sure you have your hand stamped and make sure you don't lose the tix.
