Can you park (and pay) at S&D for Epcot/DHS?

I spend half my money on WDW, and waste the rest.

Coworker staying offsite next month. I think it's the same price, but not sure if it's allowed.

They kinda want to see the BW area, sorta 2 birds one stone thing. TIA.

Might be cheaper to just pay at one of the Epcot resorts. S&D is pretty pricey.

Ah thanks, I think its $25 at S&D.

So simply drive into BC and they can pay right there for the day?

Only if they valet (I think)

Hmm, that sounds more expensive than S&D.

I've never really heard the current policy for S&D or Epcot Resorts self parking for the day.

Wonder if the information on this is actually available.

Self parking at Disney Resorts is for Guests staying at that resort, eating or shopping at that resort for 3 hours. They can be pretty strict about that at the Epcot Resorts.
I believe Valet Parking is $35/ day + tip

I don't know S&D's policy, but at Disney resorts, day visitors may park in a resort's self-parking lot while they are visiting the resort. Once you leave the resort, you are expected to take your car with you. Time restrictions are sometimes enforced, and the resorts have been known to tow cars that they feel have been there too long. There are generally no time limits on valet parking.

If your friends are planning to valet park at S&D, I'd recommend that they ask if there's any time limit.

Thanks.

Yea they won't have the time to ask, then if necessary go and park at the Park.

Just was hoping somebody on here has actually parked at S&D and asked on the time limit.

Hence asking on these boards for planning.

I will also ask on a S&D thread. Somebody has to know.

My guess is it's not advertised or too many would fill the lot. But if it's not too busy maybe they are glad to get the cash.

They would also not be able to leave and come back (if they wanted) so prob just park at the park.

Then they can just walk (or boat) over to the BW.

Kinda figured that, which is why I asked about S&D instead.

But then heard the Epcot Resorts might be cheaper-and thought things maybe had changed.

The Swan & Dolphin charge a daily parking fee of $25. There is no in or out privileges. Once you leave, you pay the full amount.

The Disney resorts only charge $23 per deluxe per night and allow day guests up to 3 hours to explore the resort. The guard will allow you to park as long as there is available parking spaces. The BW is often the busiest due to the number of day visitors. I would suggest the Beach Club for valet parking.

You might recommend that your friends try valet parking. It is $33 per day but if you keep you parking ticket you can park at all the deluxe resorts and have in and out privileges. They bring your car right to you when you pick it up from the valet counter at the front of each deluxe resort.

Oh thanks Dave, yes the summer can wear you down-so I can see them wanting to go back to the house in the afternoon.
