the skewers well done?? My dh does not like red meat at all so if not i need to make ressies somewhere else.

I don't know the answer to that for sure, but I would call someone at guest relations and ask. Or get the number for the restaurant and call and ask. My personal opinion is that it never hurts to ask, especially at WDW!
Although as far as I can recall, I've never been served meat that was red in the center when I've been there. Good luck!

We were there last November and yes, you can order the meat well done. I would recommend letting the server know when you sit down, so that they can start preparing the meat, since it will take a little longer.

confirming that you can order the meat any way you'd like. You can ask for rarer and more well done pieces.
