Can you order room service on embarkation afternoon?

Ordering a Mickey Bar as soon as we enter our room sounds awful good right about now. Just wondering what time room service is available on embarkation day? I've never used it on the first day, but starting a cruise off with a Mickey Bar sounds delightful.

Yes you can order room service once on board. We order the all hands on deck chase plate to go with our champagne.

We have ordered room service after the Muster drill, I am not sure if it's available before that.

Is it only the mickey bar available? My kid doesn't like those but loves the Mickey ice cream sandwiches they have at WDW

Getting the All Hands On Deck cheese platter for sail away is a top priority for me on the next cruise!!! I didn't order anything from room service on our last cruise, so I really want to make it a point to do so this time. As soon as we get in our stateroom, I am ordering! :sail:

Only the Mickey bar. But they have chocolate chip cookies available through room service. You can sandwich a Mickey bar between the cookies to make an ice cream sandwich .

Oh boo, thanks. We can't order room service cookies as we have food allergies, they told us to stick to the main dining room. Good to know to prep my kid.

I'd suggest you have a talk with your server, once onboard. Tell him/her your quandary, they may be able to come up with something with the chef's help.

Could you ask for a couple of cookies in the main dining room and some ice-cream on the side? Would that work with the food allergies to get you close to a ice-cream sandwich?

There are chocolate chip cookies on Deck 11 Starboard (close to Maters) ...get a couple of those cookies, then head over to Port side to get some soft serve ice cream from Eye Scream and you have a Ice Cream sandwich. :)

Thanks-not a big deal.I have an easy going kid so I'll just warn him in advance it's the bars only. Luckily no one in our family likes the bars so he won't feel bad about missing out.

On or recent cruise, our DD got her mickey bar delivered covered on chocolate sauce and mickey shaped sprinkles.................it looked delicious (she wouldn't share so I can only assume since there want any left)
