Can you order a hamburger at Le Cellier at Dinner?

Just wondering if anyone ever ordered a hamburger at Le Cellier at dinner. I know it sounds crazy with all the good food they offer, but my DH wouldn't like anything else on the menu. It's OK if they charge more since it's dinner time. Is there a phone number for Le Cellier that I can call and ask them directly? THANKS!

I'm sure they would make you guys a burger. I'd call just in case - I don't know the direct number, but they'd give it to you if you'd call 407-WDW-DINE.

You should enjoy yourself there, it really is a great place.

I know they make every effort to accommodate people who have dietary needs, allergies, etc....I do not see why they could not make a burger if they have the necessary ingredients, but I would call the restaurant directly and ask.

I asked this question some time ago. One thing I was told is that the burger is not served on a typical hamburger bun, but on some kind of specialty roll.
Can anyone confirm this is what they have at LC?

I think the burger is served on an onion roll, but I could be wrong.

Keep in mind that Disney's restaurants are stocked daily so often do run out of the lunch menu ingredients before dinner. I wouldn't count on being able to order something that isn't on the menu, but I would count on them being as accommodating to your dietary requests as possible. (Also, they may charge a dinner price for a lunch item they serve at dinner. That happens inconsistently at WDW, but less often there than in the real world. )

I don't know if this will apply to LeCellier, but while having dinner one night at the Brown Derby when we saw they did not have Onion Soup on the menu any longer. We were told to call the restaurant directly(DD can connect you), 24 in advance, and they would make a batch for us. Later in the week we did just that and they happily accomodated us .

I wouldn't count on getting a burger either. We were at Prime time a couple months back, the mother asked for something not on menu for kids, the server said no, we only serve what is on the menu. I believe there was also a sign in the waiting area.

If you hubby wants a burger, why not just go to a restaurant you both can enjoy together.

Thanks for your comments. I'll contact dining reservations and ask. Maybe we are just better going at lunch. I'll make the latest lunch time I can. This way we can all have what we want and he can get his burger.

Unfortunately, the dining reservations office won't know what any individual restaurant can do. For that you'll need to contact the restaurant directly (though in many cases the restaurant won't even know until that very day).

To reach a restaurant, you call WDW's main telephone number and ask to be transferred to the restaurant. Specify that you want to speak to the chef -- otherwise they'll assume you want to make a reservation and transfer you to the reservations office.
