Can you order 2nd table service meal to go?

We will be on the DLXD plan and are leaving for 3 days on the beach at the end. Our last lunch res is at TRex. I'm thinking that if they allowed us to order a second meal to go each w/ appetizer, sandwich, and desert (donuts) we could be pretty well stocked for the next day! I know any normal restaurant would be okay with this but am unsure if they allow this on the dining plan. Anyone know?

The problem you may have with this is the fact that on DDP they are not supposed to let your order more meals in one transaction than you have people listed on your key card. This is to prevent DDP guests from sharing their credits with guests who aren't on their dining plan. As far as I know there isn't officially an exception if you intend to use the extra meals yourself, but you'd have to ask. T-Rex is not a Disney restaurant and just joined DDP, sometimes the third-party restaurants are more likely to follow DDP rules to the letter, so don't be surprised if they don't let you do this.

I know it is not the same, but if T-Rex doesn't let you...WPE is pretty close to T-Rex and you could use the meal credit there to get food to go (I know it wouldn't be as much food and it would be a CS BUT WPE is a pretty good use of a CS)
