Can you only order certain items for CS?

I've looked at the menus, read the FAQs, etc, but am still confused...

Can you order anything you want from CS, or are some items excluded? I understand that what counts as a 'meal' varies, but beyond that, can you order anything for an entree?

If there's a kids' menu, can they order anything off the kids' menu, or are they limited?

In general, there are no limits as to what may be ordered. A few places have very specific exceptions.

Thanks so much. It's starting to make more sense, and sounding like a good option for us. The way some of the posts were worded, I didn't know if only certain items were options at each restaurant. But now I'm thinking that people are just making suggestions and/or giving examples of things they've used it for, but there are many other options as well.
