My twins love Hulk and Captain America. I have seen in videos Captain America walking around but not Hulk. Is it possible to see him?
Can you meet Hulk anywhere in Universal Orlando?

No, there's no meet-and-greet for Hulk. There is a statue of him outside of the Hulk coaster.
