B&C doesn't take ADRs at all. It's also most likely the smallest TS restaurant at WDW. There are only three booths, about seven tables for four (pushed together for larger parties) and some counter seating. If you're okay with the counter seating it might cut your wait time some.
It's suggested you avoid peak mealtimes and right after Illuminations unless you want to risk a long wait.
I agree. I usually eat at B&C if I'm having a late start to the day, and I get there right when they open. Otherwise, you could be in for a long wait. I often eat at the counter - being a solo, I hate to take up a table.
I really wish they'd open up an outdoor seating area for Beaches 'n Cream. That place stays so busy but it's always fun to go there. I'm sure I've eaten there more than any other place at WDW at this point, including the CS locations.
We went there during our trip last May and arrived almost exactly at noon. We were immediately seated. The food is good and the atmosphere is fun! Hope you enjoy it!
