Can you make a call between resorts..

without being charged for a call? My friend is staying at PC and I'll be at ASMO and she wants to call each other every night.

No free service between resorts. Local call is 75 cents. So you could talk for a long time and it will only cost 75 cents.

I'm not too sure that you can't call from room to room, but you can call from a house phone to someone's room at no charge.

During this past Jan. we stayed at WL and some friends of ours were at PC. I just dialed 0 on the WL room phone and asked for our friends at the PC and was connected. I just checked our room bill from that trip and we were never charged 75 cents for the calls. I know room to room calls at the same resort are free.

Do as Gary suggested dial O and get the resort Operator and ask to be connected to the other room. You will need the room number and the guest's last name.

If you dial you will pay the surcharge as a local call. In house calls can be dialed directly.

Sorry, wrong information you are giving.

Pick up the phone in your room and dial "0". The operator will answer, and you can simply ask to be connected to the switchboard at the resort you are calling. Some resort operators can connect you directly to a guest room at another resort. It's a free call--and your resort operator can connect you to any telephone on WDW property for free, including restaurants, front desks at other hotels if you are switching resorts, etc.
