But I am stuck on the "MAY be a hair piece." Ya think?

You mean it didn't grow that way? It's not a hairplant that grew out of his head like a chia? I would've never guessed. Man those guys in the State Department really discern the littlest details.

To be honest though, I don't remember the guy's face, just that. . .dead. . .uhm. . .thing. . .on the top of his head. So maybe it is an effective disguise.

Q. What did he look like?
A. Uhm. . .his head was shaved and he had a toupee.

Q. Did you note his race or his height or his age?
A. Well, the toupee looked like it was caucasian, and it had a little lift to it. It was definitely an older hairpiece, maybe 15 years or so old?

Q. No, did you notice anything about the suspect?
A. Yeah. Like I said, he was wearing a toupee. . .

Although when I looked at the picture, it didn't look like a toupee to me. The skinheads at school used to wear their hair like this all the time. And they definitely weren't all wearing toupees

Hmmm.... I didn't think it was a hairpiece, either. Looks like his natural hair to me; just shaved on the sides and longer up top.

I'm always amazed that people can see photos like this and then ID someone. People look SO different to me in person than they do in photographs!

DS got his hair cut like that a few times. I don't think it's a toupee. You can see the hair on the side of his head(well the shadow of it growing)

It's a rug! Look at the photo from 2000...he had a mad receding hairline. In the 1997 photos he has a mass of hair in that spot. Can a guy go that bald in just 3 years??
