We are just purchasing 2 day water park ticket (not adding on to Park passes). Is it possible to do both water parks in a day (we are buying 2 one day passes)? If so, is their bus service btw the water parks? Thank you!

Yes, but they each take one admission. Water Park tickets are admissions not days. So you can use your two admissions in the same day but then your two will be used.

Not sure about the bus situation.

you can go to both waterparks but there is no hopper option so each one will require its own 1 day ticket even if you visit in the same day. There is no bus transport between waterparks that I am aware of...I think it would require taking a bus to a resort or to Disney springs and then getting on another bus from there

1. Yes.
2. No.

Best to take a bus to a resort and transfer to a bus for the other water park. No buses go between Blizzard Beach and Disney Springs. Buses go between Typhoon Lagoon and Disney Springs only in one direction: TL to DS morning, DS to TL in the afternoon with some hours receiving no such service.

The water park standalone tickets (the ones that are $53 each) DO allow you to hop and visit both water parks in one day. It says so right on Disney's official site.

If you plan to buy 2 one day water park tickets, did you know you can just buy a water parks only annual pass for like $14 more? It is $120. If there is a chance you will return to WDW in the next year, that is a great value.

I LOVE learning new things about Disney, and I never knew this. I had to go check it out, and you are absolutely correct except they are $60, not $53. However, since you can hop between them as much as you want during the day, maybe OP will only need a one-day ticket instead of two.

OP here--thank you so much for the information! Yes, you can hop btw parks and tickets were $58.88 a piece (weird price!). We bought 6 tickets for the 3 of us since is the reason for this trip and if DD wants to hop on second day we will prob use uber so we don't lose a lot of time moving from park to park. Sounds like we would need to go to closest resort and then back to the other water park if we want to hop on Disney bus. Parks are only open 10-5 so time is tight. Thank you again!

Yes, we are doing something similar this summer. I am taking my boys JUST to visit the waterparks. We will buy the annual pass and come back next summer to do it again. We have local family in Orlando to visit so this will likely be an annual summer trip for us. I plan to use UBER if we water park hop. It would likely cost only about $5 for the ride.

Oops, yeah, prices went up didn't they? :)

Although they now have "peak" vs. "regular" pricing on the water park tickets too. $55 on regular, $60 on peak. Summer is all peak.
