Can you help me with my budget?

I am trying to make a budgetting plan for our 4 night cruise and trying to figure out how much we should put aside a week for all our expences. I am looking for some detailed info on what we should expect to spend on tips, drink cards for kids (twin 10yr olds and 3yr old), photos, and anything else I might have overlooked. We plan on doing Nassau on our own (taking the water taxi to Atlantis and then exploring the shops later) and on CC we plan on snorkeling, biking, swimming and playing in the sand!!! Please help me with anything else I should plan on spending money on. We've never cruised with the kids!

DDreamer: Hopefully this will help you.

Excluding tips, here are some of he items that you may want to consider
- photos - depending on how many and what package
- Wine and drinks - depends on your preference
- Atlantis, depends what you want to do there. If it the digs then count on cab fare and entry fee. If it is swiming, then be prepared to pay for a room at Atlantis or Comfort suites
- As for Castaway Cay - if you have your own equipment then snorkling is free, and then the rest of the excursions are extra.
- SPA - depends on what you want to do
- PALO - wine/extra tips
- room service...

As you can see the list can go on. If this would help, we spent about $1000 with tips, Atlantis (DIG only), a couple bottles of wine, special coffee, photos, shirts etc.. and one castaway cay excursion.

Thanks din-this can really add up fast! We were just planning on walking around Atlantis, but what is the digs? My dh and I have been there before, but are not familiar with that. Thanks!

The DIG is the aquarium. It is nice and different from the usual. It may worth it with the kids. Can't remember the cost, but it is about $25 per adult and about $19 per child.
