It looks very much like the house from Bates Motel with 'Mother' sitting in the window rocking so would of been at Universal, but not sure where abouts in Universal as I have only ever seen it at Hollywood.

Yes, it's the Bates Motel which used to be on the pathway from US to the old Hard Rock Cafe.

Looking at Google maps and where the old HRC was, it is still standing, then it would be where Fievel's playground is now.
