I've done a search online, and I can't find it anywhere. I'm doing transcription, and I need to know how to spell Emanuel Noriaga. I must be really spelling it wrong because I can't find it anywhere.

That would be it. Now I feel stupid. Believe it or not, in high school I excelled in history. Amazing what ten years can do to your life, lol. For some reason, my children have never needed to know who the former president of Panama.
