A few weeks ago someone posted a thread asking which purse/bag to take to DLR. I cannot find that thread. In the thread they talked about some sort of messenger bag. If anyone can point me to the link to it I'd greatly appreciate it.

I tried the search but didn't have much luck with it.

TIA!

I'm sorry I can't find the thread....but coincidentally the bag just showed up at my door from the UPS guy.....

Mickey Cross Body Bag

It was a little smaller than I was anticipating but it is very cute. They were on backorder for quite a while. It's a small purse with a large comfortable strap that can be worn literally across your chest.

It has two zip pockets - the front looks good for ID and tickets/fast passes. Middle is plenty of room for any of your small purse items - tissues, lip balm, wallet, etc. Back is a velcro only pocket - thin but deep - I'm not sure what I would keep in there. Maybe an autograph book.....depending on size.

Mickey on the front in bright red sequin shorts! Check it out. I debated about the carry on bag ... just didn't need to spend the extra 30 or 35 bucks right now.

I think you are talking about the baggallini? I will go look for that thread. Although I'm not too happy about it as my bagg still doesn't fit me even with it as tight as it goes...still too loose. So that sucks but I guess it'll do. I may end up purchasing something else.

I think this is the one you want...Bags

I got a smaller baggalini. I should have gone a little bigger. I was just worried the one everyone recommended on here would be TOO big and annoy me. But my purse was packed full and my DH had to carry an additional backpack. So I should have just got the bigger one. You can go to Hallmark and they have a pretty good selection there (except they did not have the one recommended on here..forget the name) but you can at least see what they are like/material etc..

You read my mind. I am debating to get the Mickey carry on. It's a little small to take all my clothes in, but would work for an overnight bag. But I found another one (not Disney) for $5 cheaper and it's about an inch bigger. It's zebra print with pink. I'm still not sure though.

Speaking of the Baggallini. UPS just brought mine today. I got it in pink and I've just been wearing it around the house like a geek and I love it. It's perfect perfect size.

This thread is starting to sound like the 3 bears gone Italian. The first Baggallini was too big, the second Baggallini was to small, and the third Baggallini was just right.:lmao:

Yes, that's the thread I was looking for! Thanks so much! Oh, and thanks for the Hallmark tip. I'll have to head on over there tomorrow to look at them. Hopefully our local Hallmark will have them too.

soooo....I bought two baggallini messenger bags...I took one on the cruise with me last month and after a while it really started weighing on me. Ok maybe it was because I had a textbook in it, but still. I'm worried that I will be annoyed with it in DL. :confused3

I used my baggallini at DLR a couple of weeks ago, and it's was the perfect size for me. I would suggest carrying large safety pins with you though. I found that the straps never stayed tight. I ended up having to safety pin them together so that it didn't stretch completely out on me. A friend I was with said that she had that problem also.

Other than that, I really liked it! :thumbsup2
