Ok folks, some of you know every site on the internet connected to losing weight so I'm asking for help finding something.
When I started this leg of the journey the end of January, DH very supportingly began with me. He actually tried to eat at the same level I was but quickly discovered it was too low in overall calorie content for him. So he adapted and has now lost the 30 pounds he was after and is at goal.
I'm still moving down the path. What we're looking for is a website or other refernce that will help to zero in on total calories he should be consuming to maintain his goal weight. Once we have that (I WILL need it eventually as well) we can figure out the number of carbs, proteins, and fats (ok that is staying low but has to be figured in) that will make up that number.
Any direction is great! TIA!!!
