No. What you described is not funny. The "cartoon" is very funny to me, however. They should have bugged out Saddam's eyes more, but still it's funny.

Whoops, sorry, my mistake again. I should have said, "A picture of a war torn, bombed out area in a country where homes and lives have been destroyed, with Bush in the background and Hussein in the foreground is funny?" I have less of an intimate knowledge of Baghdad landscape than you, I didn't even know it was Baghdad.
