Can you have 4 fast passes, plus the DAS attraction?

Is it 3 fast passes and a DAS return time, or 4 fast passes and a DAS return time?

You can pre-schedule 3 FP+ per day before your visit. Once you arrive, after you use those 3 FP+, you may book another 1 at a time throughout the day.

DAS is separate from FP+. You may only have 1 DAS return-time active at any given point during the day. You may get another once it has been used, or you can ask them to remove a prior DAS return-time and give a new one for a different ride, but you can only have 1 at a time.

Are you asking if you have to use your 3 fastpasses before the DAS pass? As lanejudy has said, they are completely separate. So, if you want, you can use the DAS pass for the same ride as one of your 3 fastpasses if you want.

Also, be aware that fastpasses can be booked from your mobile device. The DAS pass is given at the ride. They will issue you a return time there. It will show up in your MDE, however.

We did this when we were there in 2017 with my DS who requires some accommodations. Fastpasses are treated 100% separate from the DAS appointment. We used a combination of both (along with closely monitoring wait times so we weren't using DAS if it was a wait he could handle) throughout our trip. It truly made all the difference in the world for his enjoyment of the parks!

That;s correct

Think of them like two totally independent systems

FASTPASS: You can book 3 FP and then book one additional FP at a time once the first 3 are used.

DAS: You can SIMULTANEOUSLY use a DAS return time at one ride at a time throughout the day. Once you use complete a ride using DAS access, you can set up a return time at another ride right up until FP lines are closed for the day.

You can have the DAS and FP for the same ride if you would like, just make sure that if you want to use your FP then someone beside the DAS holder enters first ( this can be helpful if it is your 3 FP and you would like to get another FP you can do this in line) if you would like to use your DAS ( you have a much better change ) if the DAS holder enters first, this can be good if you have an FP for a ride close by and there is another ride you would like to get a return time for.

a good way to think of it is everyone gets 3 FP (6 if club level) once you use your 3 you can get one more FP for any ride that has some left, any guest can go wait in any line they chose to wait in. The DAS is for people that can not wait in lines so just like someone can have an FP for space from 12-1 they can also go get in line for buzz at 12 and then go to space.
