Can you go in a sitdown restaurant for dessert?

Hello: I need to take many breaks while in a wdw park to avoid migraine headaches. Can hubby and I go into a sitdown restaurant not during rushhour meal times for coffee and desert, or just an appetizer?

Deb, of course you can order whatever you like at any restaurant! The problem though is that most of the sitdown places are so busy & always booked up. Also many of them close between lunch & dinner, so may not be open.
