Can you give me the train & monorail stops?

Last time we never made them happen..I'd like to try & work them in this time. Even if it's just once going from land to land...

The train stops at Main Street Station, New Orleans Square, Toon Town, and Tomorrowland.

The Monorail runs from Tomorrowland(station above Nemo) to Downtown Disney and back again.

two stops only for Monorail....Tomorrowland and Down Town Disney(used to be called the Disneyland Hotel Station)

You know I think that's why we didn't go on in '08 ....we meant to after eating at GK but then it wasn't there! LOL It's good to know where everything is so we can plan for it...

The DTD station for the monorail is in the same location it was in when it was called the Disneyland Hotel Station...
only the name has changed due to the building of the entire DTD complex...the station only has some very minor physical changes.

It's not just your goldfish memory because even though the station is in the same location it doesn't look like it is. I know that it's in the same location and I still can't quite picture that it's the same place. It seems like they moved the station further away from DLH but they really just changed that part of the hotel area into DTD.

Do you need a park admission to ride the monorail? Or is it available to anyone staying within the park? I'll be at Grand Californian in 2 weeks, and would love to ride it when I'm not at DL.
