Sparkling Volcano from Rainforest Cafe and Chocolate Extinction from T-Rex?

We had the chocolate extinction at T-Rex. We were told we could order it because we were using 4 adult credits.

We were able to get the volcano at Rainforest last August and we were 4 "Disney" adults.

They let us get it with 3 adults and 1 child but were told it was suppose to be 4 adults.
