can you get sushi at islands of adventure?

Not that I know of. There is Fusion Sushi, which is in Citywalk on the upper level. It's near Cigarz and the Whopper Bar.

The RPR, a short and pleasan walk from IOA, it has a great sushi restaurant.
Very comfortable furnishings and a great view over looking the pool. They also
have a good kids menu, $6, if you have kids.

Thanks for the info. That sounds like a yes, but is citywalk not in the park? I've never been to universal and am unfamiliar with the layout.

No, unless you count the rice crispy treat sushi at Mythos. Citywalk is outside of the park but within the same general compound. Same for RPR.
Very close and walkable. The parks, hotels and citywalk are all part of one big resort area. They are well laid out and very easy to walk from one area to the other.Yes you leave the park to get to different areas but getting in and out is so easy and you don't have to walk a mile from the entrance to get to the rides.

This map gives a good general idea. Citywalk is the connecting part between the two parks/the three hotels. The parking garage is attached to Citywalk. When you first enter CW, you'll know. From there, you can go to any of the shops/restaurants. And the parks are on the way.

That's the only place I know of that's close to the parks...not including the hotels of course.

The sushi bar in Orchids Lounge in RPR is fantastic. Don`t need to book or anything.

Short walk or very pleasant boat ride will take you there.

Good choice of menu and I think we have tried nearly everything on the menu.......haven`t been disappointed yet
