Can you get refillable mugs at BW? If so, where?

Where can I purchase/fill the mugs at BW or are they even offered?

It's pretty good! Not as good as Kona Cafe or the coffee at the AKL, but still good enough to start your morning!

Where can you get the mugs refilled? (other then the bakery)

You can get them refilled at Leaping Horse Libations, Seashore Sweets and the Belle Vue Room. The Belle Vue room has continental breakfast available in the morning.
