Can you get married after dark?

We really want an evening wedding in December, I'm just wondering if Disney cater to this? Unfortunately, we aren't able to tie the knot till 2010 so it's a touch early to contact Disney so I was just wondering if any of you ladies knew?

Any bits of information are greatly appreciated!

How late were you thinking? I know they have times for 5ish & 7ish as ceremony start times.

I'm pretty sure the later times are for Wishes weddings only. Escape weddings are usually done before 5pm.

Is it Dark around that time in Florida during December? I've only been twice during the summer time, so not 100%.

The sun sets around 5:30 in December in Orlando, so anything after that it will be dark And they do offer a 7:30 ceremony time

The later times I was talking about were for the wedding pavilion, I though escape brides were able to use it as long as there were no wishes brides.

Thanks guys! You've been a great help it seems 5:30pm is sunset so anything after this should work, yeay! Fingers crossed we shall be able to have the late time.

You are correct that Wishes brides get priority for the Pavilion.

And you were also correct about the 5pm time slot. From the Disney Wedding website:

Escape Wedding and commitment ceremonies are available Monday through Friday at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 5:00 pm. (please note that Disney's Wedding Pavilion is only available Monday through Thursday)

As in our case Disney does do evening weddings. We had to have my daughter's after sundown as it was a Jewish wedding and you have to wait until the sun goes down on the sabbath, which was a Saturday. Her ceremony was at 8:30 the end of May at the wedding pavilion. She also had a wishes wedding. So, if special cases they do cater to evening weddings.
