Can you get FP for Soarin' in the first half hour?

I know they typically let people into DCA 30 min prior to scheduled open time. Are the FastPass machines running in that first half hour?

I have had the same experience. I grabbed a FP just shortly after 9:30 before I got on Soarin for my first ride of the day.

Can you grab ANY FP before 10am or just Soarin?

It would be just soarin since you can not actually access any other area of the park before then.
