Can you get "counter service" pizza at Via Napoli?

We ate pizza at Via Napoli on our last trip and DH and I loved it, but some others in our party just thought it was "OK." So, we will not be doing a sit down meal there this time...I thought I had heard that you could get the same pizza from their counter service? Is that true?

It believe that the QS pizza next to Via Napoli is only open during busy times of the year, it's never been open when we go in January.
But I've also heard that it's not the same pizza that is served in Via Napoli. Via Napolis is owned by outside company, and the QS window is owned by Disney, so they serve Disney pizza.
