Can you get a gift certificate for a Disney Restaurant?

I would like to give my parents a gift certificate to California Grill for Christmas. They will be travelling to Disney in January, and have never eaten there. I plan to make PS reservations there for their first night.

Are gift certificates available?

Another option would be to buy Disney Dollars from my local Disney Store. (Do they sell them there, though? And would California Grill accept them?)

Disney does not offer gift certificates. But would talk to the Dining Resv CM and they should be able to help you. Or you can call CG directly and they can take care of the whole thing for you. I know they have done this other occasions.

Yes, you can buy Disney Dollars at the Disney Store and yes, you can use them at any of the restaurants!
