Can you get a bus from DTD to Typhoon Lagoon?

During most afternoons, yes.
Then, most buses go to Typhoon Lagoon after Downtown Disney as the normal order of stops. The bus destination sign will flash TL when appropriate.
(In the morning, buses go to TL first and then DtD.)
Routings are modified after TL has closed and may be modified without notice during rainstorms that affect TL guests.
