Ok, so I want to make meatloaf again, cuz we loved the recipe last time. Problem is, it made way too much and it got wasted...we're not good with just eating leftovers. So, I thought maybe this time I could freeze half of it. Will it still be good? Also, should I freeze it before its cooked, or after its cooked? Thanks!
. You can freeze it. If the meat was previously frozen than you need to cook it before freezing if not than you can do either. You might want to consider some of those disposable bread pans to put it in before freezing just to make it easier.
