Sunday night I made WAYYYYY to much fresh salsa and I 'm not sure if it would be safe to freeze? I would like to make up 1 cup containers to use later for chili.

I'm not sure. I make fresh salsa as well. I dont know how the fresh tomatoes would do in the freezer. I would think it would defrost very very runny.

I would make salsa chicken, salsa dip, 7 layer dip, etc.. in my opinion you can never have too much salsa!

Cindy B is right. It ends up being really watery!
